It weighs under 3 lbs. and can be easily stored up high safely because of its compact-sized square design.
It includes 3 different sealing modes; pulse, wet, and dry.
The pulse mode is a manual way of sealing your bags that provides increased control of the suction power and protects delicate food.
The wet mode is designed to work with poached, simmered, or liquids.
It does not include a removable or built-in drip tray, so it is best to be extra careful when sealing liquids.
With automatic moisture detection built-in, the machine will be able to tell if it needs to be in dry or moist mode.
The Amasoo Vacuum Sealer is shipped with a few accessories and attachments.
It includes a mini cutter because it does not have a built-in cutter like the majority of new machines.

The MEGAWISE 80kPA Vacuum Sealer for Liquids is a basic model that includes two standard modes for sealing dry foods and liquids.
It is in the middle of the size range measuring 15 x 4 x 2 inches (L*W*H) but is extremely short allowing for it to be stored in a wide variety of locations.
It will slide under cabinets or even fit inside some large drawers.
It is also the lightest vacuum sealer being compared weighing only 2.3 lbs., which will make it easy to store between uses.
The two sealing modes are powered by an electromagnetic perm and pure copper core that provides 80 kilopascals of sealing power to easily seal liquids or solids in 10 seconds.

Nesco is known for making high-quality home and commercial kitchen appliances and this reputation is present in this heavy-duty vacuum sealer.
The VS-12 is one of the heavier basic models that weigh more than 6 lbs.
It is also larger than most being 16 x 8 x 4 ½ inches (L*W*H), which makes it primarily a countertop model.
It has 3 sealing modes, dry, moist, and double. It also includes 2 pressure modes, normal and gentle, which makes for 6 different ways to seal your food.
The gentle pressure mode is similar to a pulse mode and is designed to keep delicate foods from being destroyed by the sealing process.
The double sealing mode is designed to provide an added layer of protection for sealed foods.
It does not include automatic moisture detection, but does include canister and marinate settings.
The VS-12 does not include any accessories like a vacuum hose, but it does have a built-in cutter.

4. Blusmart

The Blusmart 80kPa Vacuum Sealer for liquids is one of the more unique sealers being compared here because of some of its included accessories.
It is on the larger size being 18 x 5 ½ x 7 ½ inches (L*W*H) and weighing 5 lbs.
It needs the extra length to accommodate the built-in kitchen scale and LCD screen.
The kitchen scale allows for food to be weighed accurately before or after sealing and then marking it down on the sealed package.
The vacuum motor is rated at 80 kPa which is 20 kPa stronger than the standard suction provided.
The scale and whole machine are easy to clean because of the removable drip tray.
It has the basic dry and moist modes, as well as gentle and normal pressure modes.
The automatic bag detection will automatically close the lid when a bag is placed in the machine.

It has an extended-sized heating strip that can seal bags that are up to 14 inches in width.
This heating strip is also wider than average being 4 mm, which is about the same as a double heating strip.
The commercial model also has a dry and moist setting for food along with a unique pressure system for vacuuming.
Instead of being gentle and normal, it has loose, standard, and tight.
The loose model is aimed to be used for foods that are more delicate and can be squished or broken by normal sealing.

It is a more average-sized vacuum sealer being 15 x 7 x 4 inches (L*W*H) and only weighing 5 lbs.
It is fairly compact in design and does not have any accessories that stick out, which allows for it to be easily stored in a wide variety of locations.
It is made of food-safe plastic and only comes in one color, black.
It has just two basic modes for wet foods and dry foods. However, it has some bonuses for sealing liquids or exceptionally wet foods.
It has a built-in double sealing feature that will ensure no liquids leak out while sealing and vacuuming are occurring.
This is also paired with the pulse function that will protect delicate foods from being crushed by the power of the vacuum.
It is designed to be used with one hand while clamping bags in place, vacuuming them, and sealing them.
The bag is very minimalist in the accessories that it includes.
It does not include any precut bags but will arrive with a roll that is 11 inches wide.

The metallic silver machine is made from stainless steel, while the red and grey ones are made from food-grade ABS plastic.
It is an average-sized machine being 15 x 5 ½ x 2 ¾ inches (L*W*H), but because of its short height, it is easier to store than most.
It weighs in at just over 4 ½ lbs. for the stainless-steel model with the ABS plastic ones weighing about 4 lbs. even.
It has 4 basic modes that are inching, dry vacuuming, moist vacuuming, and just sealing.
