With a ceramic glass surface, you will need to pay attention if you have to clean the device: it is preferable to clean the cooker after each use using a dish washing agent and a damp cloth.
3. Heating Elements

4. Power/Watts
Avantco IC3500 is a 220volt/3500 watt induction cooker: it has the same heating ability at high speed and power as other more expensive 220volt/3500 watt induction cookers.
One problem could be the low power, but if you shut on and off at fairly high power every few seconds, you will find the way to get the power down.
In order to avoid scorching, all you have to do is to try heating at high power first, then lowering and adding an induction interface disk between the pot and the cooktop. In this way, the heat is spread out and it doesn’t scorch while braising, or slow cooking.
